The knowledge, awareness, beliefs and barriers towards Human Papillomavirus screening in Indigenous women all over the world.
The included population must be a female of Indigenous identity.
Qualitative analysis of awareness of HPV and the barriers which prevent them from screening.
This review shall be compiling all the experiences and beliefs of the Indigenous women around HPV awareness and the barriers at a social and cultural level which prevents them from screening procedures and puts them at an increased risk of cancer. This review had many themes and the overarching theme fit a Socio-Ecological Model, which makes this review a much more important document especially to our Indigenous Health Policy makers.
